We are currently actively hiring Owner Operators Sprinter & Cargo Van in Fresno and throughout California. We have a high volume of local and regional loads, providing consistent opportunities to stay moving and earn.

All available loads are offered directly through our easy-to-use app. You can review all the load details before accepting, including pickup and delivery locations, mileage, weight, rate, and other important information.

Driver & Equipment Requirements:
  • 2016+ Cargo Van or Sprinter (NO rental vehicles).
  • 2016+ 12–14 ft box trucks (under 10,000 lbs GVW).
  • Minimum cargo space: 120 x 50 x 50 inches (L x W x H).
  • No MC / No authority required.
  • 1+ years experience of Owner Operator.
  • MVR is required.
  • No decals, stickers, or logos on the van.
  • Must install Odysseia app and tracking apps (Macropoint, Trucker Tools).
  • TWIC Card is must have — we have a high volume of airport loads.

What We Offer:
  • Local Loads:
We are ready to pay approximately: $1.20–$2.00 per loaded mile for local loads.

Typical Local rates per mile:
  • Up to 50 miles — $200–$250.
  • 20–70 miles — around $300.
  • Around 100 miles — $350.
  • Around 200 miles — $400–$450.

Rates may vary depending on the specific load, location, weight, and customer.

West Coast / Western States:
  • California → WA, NV, OR, CO: Approximately: $1.00–$1.30 per mile.

Longer Routes:
  • California → TX, FL, AZ, MN: Approximately: $1.00–$1.10 per mile.

East Coast / Midwest:
  • California → GA, WI, IL, MI, PA, MA, NY/NJ: Approximately: $0.75–$0.85 per mile.

We have a strong volume of local and regional loads throughout California, with load details and offers available directly through our app.
  • Freight across the US & Canada.
  • Local / Regional / OTR loads.
  • No forced dispatch.
  • No-touch freight.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Detention: $30 per hour
  • Layover: $150 per night
  • Non-exclusive Independent Contractor Agreement.
